Gernot Jaeger
CEO & Co-Founder
Gernot has over 20 years experience in media, telecommunications and technology as an Entrepreneur, C-level executive, advisor and senior board member.
His experience is highly international and spans a wide range of sectors from public broadcasting to strategy consulting, media, technology, professional services, and even artificial intelligence.
Gernot also brings his 10+ years of experience working with network operator executives and teams on TV propositions and products. He was one of the pioneers building a TV platform business in Europe which ended up servicing over 25 operators and a collective multi-million subscriber base.
Ivo Stock
CTO & Co-Founder
Ivo has over 15 years experience as an engineering executive in the video streaming and broadcasting industry.
He has a strong track record in developing next generation TV-As-A-Service and SaaS platforms around Media Asset, Rights and Metadata Management & Distribution.
Ivo also brings his vast experience working with CTOs and technical teams in the telco, media and OTT industries, and was the driving force behind Viacom’s European broadcast platform.
Eoin Halpin
Director Program Management
Eoin has over 18 years of experience working in the TV and Telco industry as a platform architect and program manager.
The majority of his career, he was working for multi-tier and incumbent Telcos such as Eir in Ireland.
Eoin also has extensive experience in bringing Android TV for Operator products to the market across multiple regions and territories, and led the introduction of Europe’s first Netflix Self-Serve certified product for Android TV.
Heiko Ahrens
Director Business Development
Heiko has over 25 years of experience working as a Business Development and Project Manager in the internet, TV and media industry.
Heiko also brings his extensive experience in successfully project managing the deployment of next generation TV platforms and services for over 40 network and pay TV operators across multiple EMEA and APAC markets.
Phil Amend
Director Business Development
East Europe
Phil has more than 30 years of experience in the international Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector - business development, sales, strategic development, management and engineering.
With most of his career in the international telecom carrier industry, Phil has significant experience working with operators, both fixed and mobile. In recent years, Phil has been heavily involved in European business development for solution providers in the area of multiscreen OTT TV operator platforms.
Khushvant Kundi
VP Sales Asia Pacific
Khush has over 15 years of experience working with some of the largest media companies and service providers in the world. He has worked with several major technology vendors in the Media & Entertainment space, taking on roles in solution consulting, business development, operations and sales.
Khush brings extensive knowledge of the media ecosystem including platforms, security, video pipeline, CDN’s, content management, advertising and more and has led businesses and teams across Asia for the majority of his career.
Mounir Djouaher
VP Sales Africa
Mounir has over 20 years' experience in management, business development and strategic business consulting. He has held senior positions in telecommunications and management consulting.
He was CEO at Algérie Télécom, managing a team of over 20,000 employees in the development of the national network infrastructure and internet services. In addition, he participated in the development of strategies for the telecommunications sector from 2023 to 2027. Prior to this, was CEO of a management consulting firm.
